vickyvette is an indierock / experimental band, formed in 2006 by four former school friends who were under the influence of the so-called indie/wave era - where Bandung, Indonesia are place for incarnation of the indierock-experimental generation. It’s free for people to call whatever their music is. Because their music is what people heard. They’re not trying to say that their music is like shoegaze, indierock, experimental, etc. But the song, instruments, harmonies, and feelings, are directly connected to that particular genre. It reflects who they are.
